Since my company uses Hyper-V primarily, I'm going to do some experimenting and figure out how to make this happen if it's possible. Parallels and VMware both work with the macOS installer that can be obtained from Apple's Mac app store. To run it in Hyper-V, we need an install process that is compatible with Hyper-V.
I have three Mac VMs in Parallels Desktop, and I have also ran it in VMware.
